What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file that a website saves in your browser or on your device when you visit it, and that can be read on later visits. The same legal rules cover other technologies with the same purpose, such as the browser's local storage, tracking pixels or device fingerprinting.
Cookies may be first-party (managed by Cétery, S.L. from cetery.com) or third-party (managed by another entity). Depending on how long they last, they may be session cookies, which are deleted when the browser is closed, or persistent cookies, which remain for a set period.
This policy has been drawn up in accordance with Article 22(2) of Spanish Act 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and with the Guide on the use of cookies published by the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
The approach of this website
This website is corporate and informative: it does not sell online, has no user registration or private area, and does not need to track you in order to work.
That is why the site has been designed with as few cookies as possible. We do not set advertising cookies or behavioural advertising cookies, nor do we share identifiers with advertising networks.
Cookies that are strictly necessary for the website to work or to remember your decision about cookies are set without consent, because the law exempts them. Any other cookie, including audience measurement cookies, is only set if you accept it.
Cookies used by this site
The cookies and similar technologies used are detailed below. This list must be verified against the actual technical configuration of the website before it is published.
Technical or necessary cookies, exempt from consent: Name: [NOMBRE DE LA COOKIE TÉCNICA] Owner: Cétery, S.L. (cetery.com) Purpose: to remember the choice you made in the cookie panel so that you are not asked again on every page, and to maintain the security and proper functioning of browsing. Duration: [DURACIÓN] Type: first-party, persistent
Analytics or measurement cookies, subject to your prior consent: Name: [NOMBRE DE LA COOKIE ANALÍTICA, SI SE UTILIZA] Owner: [PROVEEDOR DE ANALÍTICA, SI SE UTILIZA] Purpose: to find out, in aggregate form, how many people visit the website and which pages they view, in order to improve the content. Duration: [DURACIÓN] Type: [PROPIA O DE TERCERO], persistent More information: [ENLACE A LA POLÍTICA DE PRIVACIDAD DEL PROVEEDOR]
Third-party resources that may involve the disclosure of data, such as fonts, embedded videos or maps: [RECURSOS DE TERCEROS CARGADOS EN LA WEB, SI LOS HAY]. Where these resources are not essential, they will be loaded only after you have given your consent or will be served from our own domain.
If the site ultimately does not include analytics or third-party resources, the corresponding sections must be removed from this policy rather than left with placeholders.
Legal basis and consent
Technical or necessary cookies are set under the exception provided for in Article 22(2) of the LSSI-CE, because they are essential to provide the service you have requested.
All other cookies are only set with your prior, freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous consent, given by means of a clear affirmative action in the cookie panel.
Continuing to browse, scrolling down the page or closing the notice does not amount to acceptance. Rejecting is as simple as accepting: the panel offers the options to accept all, reject all and configure by category, with the same level of visibility.
If you do not accept non-necessary cookies, the website continues to work normally. No content is restricted as a result.
How to change or withdraw your decision
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, from the cookie settings link permanently available in the footer of this website.
When you withdraw consent, new cookies in the rejected categories will no longer be set. Cookies already set can be deleted from your browser, as explained in the following section.
Consent is not indefinite: you will be asked for it again after [PLAZO DE RENOVACIÓN DEL CONSENTIMIENTO, MÁXIMO 24 MESES], and also when the cookies used or their purposes change.
How to manage cookies from your browser
In addition to the panel on this website, you can configure, block or delete cookies from your browser's options. Bear in mind that a general block may affect the way other websites work.
Google Chrome: Settings, Privacy and security, Cookies and other site data. Mozilla Firefox: Settings, Privacy & Security, Cookies and Site Data. Safari: Preferences, Privacy, Manage Website Data. Microsoft Edge: Settings, Cookies and site permissions.
Browsers also offer private browsing modes, which delete cookies when the window is closed. Check your browser's help pages to find the exact options for your version.
Personal data processed through cookies
The information obtained through cookies may constitute personal data, mainly identifiers and IP addresses.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to manton@cetery.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the AEPD (www.aepd.es).
Full information on the processing of personal data on this website is set out in the Privacy policy.
Updates to this policy
This policy will be reviewed when the cookies used, their purposes, the providers involved or the applicable legislation change.
We recommend that you consult it each time you access the site in order to know the current version.

Warning: base text pending legal review
This document is a base text. It must not be published as it stands.
Before publishing it, it is necessary to: (1) carry out a technical audit of the website to draw up an inventory of all the cookies and similar technologies that are actually set, including those introduced by third-party resources such as fonts, videos, maps or forms; (2) replace all the placeholders in square brackets with real names, owners, purposes and durations, and remove the sections that do not apply; (3) check that the cookie panel effectively blocks non-necessary cookies before consent is given and allows them to be rejected as easily as they are accepted; and (4) submit the text and the configuration for review by a specialist legal adviser.
A cookie policy that does not match what the website actually does is one of the most common breaches and one of the most easily detected by the supervisory authority.
